Each of our sunglasses comes with a numbered warranty card, placed inside the case. It grants you access to our client warranty program so you can repair your sunglasses if something happens. Please keep the card safe, as it is necessary for our intervention or to access the free lens replacement program (in the allowed cases). On its back, you find a link to this page and a QR code. How does this warranty work?
What does this warranty cover?
Our program allows you to replace your lenses for free up to two times within two years of purchase if there are scratches, stains, or any other issues affecting the lens surface. While we strive to provide the lens color you request, replacements are subject to our current stock availability. Please note that the lens colors shown on www.kopajos.com may not always be available for replacement, as our replacement inventory is managed separately.
Providing your warranty card number is required to access the free lens replacement program. If you cannot present the warranty card number, lens replacement will cost €50.00 plus shipping expenses to your country.
Since most sunglasses do not need to be shipped to our technical office, we send the replacement lenses directly to you anywhere in the world. Shipping costs are charged to the client. However, our team reserves the right to request that you send your sunglasses to our laboratory if necessary.
Frame damage is assessed on a case-by-case basis by our technical office and is not covered by the Warranty Program. Any replacement parts are subject to availability, and costs vary depending on the model.

What information do we ask?
To provide you with the best customer service, please have the following details ready:
1) The warranty card number (mandatory for access to the free lens replacement program).
2) The sunglasses design name.
3) The serial number.
4) Clear pictures to confirm the lens issue and to show the lens color. This information can be found on the inner sides of the sunglasses’ temples.
