General information about the shipment.

Orders placed before 8 am GMT+1 will be
dispatched on the same day. Any other order will be dispatched on the next
business day.

Delivery to all destinations is subject to a
fee that changes by the country of destination (between € 10.00 and € 50,00).

We kindly recommend filling the shipping form
in all its parts, including an address where the parcel can be hand-delivered.
Kopajos accepts no liability in case of missing, non-delivery, or stolen
parcel.

We use to deliver with UPS or DHL. If you
prefer to arrange the shipment with a different courier, please send us an
email before any order. All the costs will be at your expense. Kopajos accepts
no liability in case of non-delivery.

release your order from customs on arrival. Any customs duties are at your
